We’re putting together something special, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
The PatientX Coloring Book Project is a creative effort to bring joy and comfort to children in hospitals. With help from artists and designers like you, we’re building a custom coloring book filled with uplifting, original designs. Once complete, the books will be donated to pediatric units throughout our region.
Whether your work is playful, peaceful, or full of imagination, your art can help brighten a child’s day during a difficult time!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1: Fill out the form on this page
Let us know you're planning to submit! We'll send a reminder as the deadline approaches.
Step 2: Send in your design
Email your artwork to [email protected]. We accept coloring pages, activity-style illustrations, or anything creative and encouraging for kids!
Step 3: We handle the rest!
Our team will review submissions and select artwork that best fits the project. The final designs will be printed in a professional coloring book and delivered to pediatric care centers this fall.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
You may submit up to 2 original designs
Artwork must be uplifting and suitable for children of all ages
Files must be black and white, print-ready PDFs
Page size: 8.5" x 11" with 0.125" bleed
Minimum resolution: 300 dpi

Artist notifications: November 10, 2025

Do I Need to Be a Professional Artist to Participate?
Not at all! We welcome submissions from artists of all experience levels.
Will I Be Credited in the Book?
Yes! Your name, business name (if applicable), and website will appear alongside your design.
